I believe that in order to create change, I need to accept all parts of me – the past, the present and the future, success and failure, doubt, weaknesses, strengths, abilities, skills and power. I need to strive for the best version of myself. I believe that the way to make the world a better place is to know yourself. To be present. To connect with others. To put an accent on the value.
